I had tons of fun quilting this under sea inspired quilt for my friend @molli_sparkles . It was great to see it hanging last week at the @modernquiltshowau ..... thanks for the lovely feedback I've had on my quilting. I loved quilting the octopi hiding amongst the quilty sea grasses and clasping on to the ghosted flying geese..... Such a fun weekend in Kiama !!! The perfect place for a quilty photo shoot. This quilt is my very first show quilt I entered into the Sydney Show six years ago... 🤩🌈 She's so pretty.... It was so lush and green here compared to home. |Modern Quilt Show..part 1| The hubs and I headed south to Kiama for the #modernquiltshowau this weekend. It's been such a giant weekend that I'll spread it across a few posts.... 🤪 First up is the quilt show itself.... this year I didn't have an entry BUT I did quilt three of the quilts on display.
